Payments

Pranati Styles uses third party payment gateways for processing payment of all orders from the Website. Pranati Styles is not responsible for any delays or cancellation of orders due to any payment related issues. As we do not control such third party’s technology, platforms, systems and processes, we cannot be held liable or responsible for any error or fault at the end of such third party payment gateway service providers.

Order Cancellation:
Only orders of unstitched items can be cancelled, and the cancellation request must be made before shipment.
Please note that a Razorpay platform fee of 2% will be deducted from the refund amount for all order cancellations initiated by the customer.

After Shipment Initiation:
If a cancellation request is made after the shipping process has been initiated, shipping charges, Razorpay platform fee (2%), and return shipping charges (as applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellation by Pranati Styles:
Pranati Styles reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to): Non availability or delay in procuring the product Mistakes in product pricing information any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you of the cancellation and ensure that FULL payment made will be refunded promptly.

FRAUDULENT/DECLINED TRANSACTIONS

If any person is using the site fraudulently, Pranati Styles reserves the right to recover the cost of goods or any other charges that occur from that person.  Pranati Styles also has the right to take legal action against a person who is using the site fraudulently.

Coloures of products

Pranati Styles takes every possible effort to display the colour of products that is visible on our site as perfectly as possible. Although the actual colour of a product you see on our site will depend on your computer screen or mobile screen’s resolution. We do not give any guarantee that your screen will display the product colour accurately.

We request our registered users to leave feedback after the transaction has been completed. Feedbacks help us to improve our services as well as other user’s will be able to know your shopping experience.
