If you are not satisfied with our products, you may return or exchange them according to the policies outlined below:
- The return/refund/exchange request should be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Claims will be considered only with a full opening video of the parcel showing the defect or damage.
- Up to 5% color variation must be accepted, as it may vary based on screen resolution and display settings of various electronic devices.
- The customer is responsible for arranging return shipping, as we do not offer pickup services.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless there is visible damage or a defect in the product.
- Stitched or customized orders cannot be returned unless there is damage.
- The item must be in its original delivered condition.
- Once we receive and verify the item, we will initiate the return and refund process.

Cancellation Policy
Only orders of unstitched items can be cancelled and needs to be done before shipment for a full refund. In case the cancel request is made after the shipping process is initiated, shipping and return (as applicable ) shall be charged from the customer.
